TR Leger Immigrant Services

TR Leger Immigrant Services opened in August 2008, and was originally named CIRC. We are part of the Upper Canada District School Board and operate under the TR Leger School. We are funded by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, and are dedicated to assisting Permanent Residents, Live-in-Caregivers and Convention Refugees with settlement and immigration needs. A visit to our resource centre will allow you to:

  • Use the computer/internet/phone/fax
  • Find information on housing, employment, education, health services, transportation, community services, government services, etc.
  • Receive help completing an immigration or citizenship application
  • Speak to one of our qualified Settlement workers about immigration or settlement questions
  • Receive information regarding English as a Second Language and LINC programs
